Picking up the pieces from At the Drive-In, Cedric Bixler-Zavala and Omar Rodriguez-Lopez formed the Mars Volta and bony petty time ramous out into elements of hardcore, psychedelic stone, and free jazz that expanded on the boundaries of their old work. Although their former band's death ultimately arrived ahead they were able to sincerely capitalise on their mounting commercial triumphs, the Mars Volta at once impressed with their willingness to cast out conventional logic and publicise themselves into new artistic directions instead of opting for the more vendible sounds. (Interestingly, their progressive nonetheless sleek coming gave them the early leash story among critics against their early bandmates in Sparta, the more than emo-leaning of the bands resulting from the rent.) Bixler-Zavala and Rodriguez-Lopez enlisted friends Ikie Owens (as well of the Long Beach Dub Allstars) and Jeremy Michael Ward, and the Mars Volta debuted with the EP Tremulant in 2002. Still, as much of their reputation was reinforced on the intensity of their live show, their highly up-and-coming performances resulted in a wave of grapevine ballyhoo that high-flown the band to near-mythic proportions because so little of their recorded material was available to the populace. Sadly, Ward passed away May 25, 2003, from an unmistakable do drugs overdose at the old age of 27. The Mars Volta had latterly returned from an European spell load-bearing the Red Hot Chili Peppers, where they introduced spic-and-span tracks from the uncut De-Loused in the Comatorium, which was released via Universal the following June. The circle returned in early 2005 with their moment full-length, the challenging birdcall wheel Frances the Mute. They as well issued the hot sic Scab Dates later that year. Leading up to the discharge of third album Amputechture in September 2006, drummer Jon Theodore quit and was replaced by Blake Fleming (wHO had played on early Mars Volta demos). The record record album likewise featured an expanded role for the Red Hot Chili Peppers' John Frusciante.

Punchy Olympic Gymnast Masters Pummel Horse

Well, if the whole gymnastics thing doesn't act upon out, silver medal medal scapegoat Alicia Sacramone could be one the pits of a boxer!

Unbelievable footage of the Team USA star has surfaced on YouTube, showing Alicia throwing a punishing left hook into the face of a beefy, shirtless dude -- who appeared to have asked for it.

The video was reportedly shot during her days at Brown University -- where they apparently go through cases of Natty Light like it's their job!
